Start your manufacturing enquiry
Spacer rings and distance pieces establish component spacing or position in an assembly. ENS Makina San manufactures custom spacers to specified inside/outside diameters, thicknesses and contact surfaces. Separate individual parts from families of different thicknesses.
Request a quoteThickness alone does not define the function
Inside and outside diameters, contact relationships and assembly position also matter. Explain whether the spacer fits a shaft, housing or fastener. Approximate thickness inferred from a photograph does not fully define assembly compatibility.
Keep variants and matched sets identifiable
List rings of the same diameter but different thicknesses under separate codes. Match quantity and revision to each code. For a set used in one assembly, explain which pieces it contains; total piece quantity and number of sets may differ.
Agree material and surface acceptance
Steel, stainless steel, aluminium, brass and bronze requirements are assessed with operating conditions. Define contact-surface acceptance and any coating before production. Thin sections or unusual geometry require a specific workholding and machining review.
Enquiries from Türkiye and overseas
ENS Makina San is based in Sakarya, Türkiye and accepts manufacturing enquiries from Türkiye and international customers. State the destination country, packaging needs and transport expectations in your RFQ.
Email your drawing to info@ensmakinasan.com or discuss your project on WhatsApp. If your drawing is not ready, start with photographs or sample information. Confirm the receiving address and contact before sending a physical sample.
Prepare your RFQ
- 01Geometry
- Inside diameter, outside diameter, thickness and contact faces.
- 02Variants
- Code and quantity for each thickness, including set relationships.
- 03Acceptance
- Material, functional dimensions, surface and secondary operations.
How your enquiry is assessed
Send the technical information
Share the current drawing or sample information, material, quantity and delivery destination together.
Agree the scope
Machining suitability, critical features, secondary operations and inspection requirements are reviewed against one technical definition.
Quotation and production planning
Production is planned after agreement on price, the approved revision and delivery conditions.
Manufacturing and ordering questions
Can I order spacer rings in different thicknesses?
Yes. List each variant with its own code, dimensions and quantity for technical review.
Do I need a drawing for a spacer?
A dimensioned drawing clarifies production requirements. For samples, intended dimensions and assembly relationships must be agreed separately.
How should I describe quantities for sets?
State which rings and quantities form one set, and also list totals by part code.
Can I request a very thin spacer?
Send the drawing and material. Workholding and machining suitability for thin geometry are reviewed specifically.
