Start your manufacturing enquiry
ENS Makina San manufactures custom components requiring turning and CNC machining to your technical drawings. Each order is defined by drawing number, approved revision, material, quantity and acceptance requirements. We accept RFQs from customers in Türkiye and overseas.
Request a quoteWhat your production drawing needs to define
A drawing communicates dimensions, mating features, material and processing notes as well as overall geometry. Send a current PDF for shafts, bushings, flanges, pins or other custom components. If you also have a 3D model, state its format and confirm that it matches the drawing revision. A model alone may not define all tolerances.
Separate the first order from repeat production
If you need an assembly trial or first-part approval, explain the approval stage before authorising the remaining quantity. For repeat orders, identify the previous part code and revision. A changed drawing under the same part code still needs a technical change review.
Agree manufacturing and acceptance together
Critical diameters, shoulder positions, hole relationships and surface requirements influence the production plan. Request heat treatment, coating, inspection reports or material documentation at the RFQ stage. Their scope and responsibility are agreed in the quotation; size and tolerance suitability are confirmed against the drawing.
Enquiries from Türkiye and overseas
ENS Makina San is based in Sakarya, Türkiye and accepts manufacturing enquiries from Türkiye and international customers. State the destination country, packaging needs and transport expectations in your RFQ.
Email your drawing to info@ensmakinasan.com or discuss your project on WhatsApp. If your drawing is not ready, start with photographs or sample information. Confirm the receiving address and contact before sending a physical sample.

Quotation and production planning
Production is planned after agreement on price, the approved revision and delivery conditions.
Manufacturing and ordering questions
Can I request production directly from my drawing?
Yes. Send the drawing with material, quantity and delivery destination. The quotation follows review of technical suitability and any missing information.
Should I send a PDF drawing or a 3D model?
Start with a current dimensioned PDF including technical notes. Mention any model format and ensure both files use the same revision.
What happens if the drawing changes?
Identify the new revision and send the updated file. Changes to process, price and scheduling are assessed before the revised scope is agreed.
Can I request first-part approval?
Yes. Include the required approval stage in your RFQ so inspection features, responsibility and release of the remaining batch can be agreed.
Can overseas buyers order drawing parts?
Yes. We accept international manufacturing enquiries. Share your technical files by email and specify the destination and delivery requirements.
