Start your manufacturing enquiry
If a replacement part has no drawing, start with sample information, photographs and its function in the machine. ENS Makina San assesses sample-based custom parts by defining the intended geometry, mating relationships and operating conditions rather than simply copying worn dimensions.
Request a quoteDistinguish the existing part from the required replacement
A broken, worn or previously repaired sample may no longer retain its original design dimensions. For example, a worn bushing bore needs to be considered with the mating shaft. Identify damaged areas and explain how the problem appears during operation. An intact-looking surface is not automatically an agreed production reference.
Establish a production definition without a drawing
Available dimensions, connections, mating parts and older documents help identify missing information. Appearance does not establish an exact material grade; send any known specification or documentation. Intended dimensions and the material decision must be agreed before manufacturing. The scope of any necessary investigation or document preparation is discussed during quotation.
A single spare and repeat supply have different needs
You may need one replacement to restore a machine or additional parts for future maintenance. State these requirements separately. Agreeing the initial assembly check and a consistent approved part definition helps subsequent orders refer to the same technical requirements.
Enquiries from Türkiye and overseas
ENS Makina San is based in Sakarya, Türkiye and accepts manufacturing enquiries from Türkiye and international customers. State the destination country, packaging needs and transport expectations in your RFQ.
Email your drawing to info@ensmakinasan.com or discuss your project on WhatsApp. If your drawing is not ready, start with photographs or sample information. Confirm the receiving address and contact before sending a physical sample.
Prepare your RFQ
- 01Sample condition
- Photographs, available dimensions and identification of broken or worn regions.
- 02Operating relationship
- Machine function, mating parts and assembly arrangement.
- 03Order requirements
- Known material, quantity, target date and delivery destination.
How your enquiry is assessed
Send the technical information
Share the current drawing or sample information, material, quantity and delivery destination together.
Agree the scope
Machining suitability, critical features, secondary operations and inspection requirements are reviewed against one technical definition.
Quotation and production planning
Production is planned after agreement on price, the approved revision and delivery conditions.
Manufacturing and ordering questions
Can I enquire without a technical drawing?
Yes. Sample information can start the assessment. The dimensions and material definition required for production must then be agreed.
Can a broken part be replaced?
The damaged region and missing geometry need review. Mating parts, earlier photographs or documents may help; suitability is confirmed after assessment.
Will a worn diameter be copied?
A worn measurement is not automatically the intended dimension. Mating surfaces and assembly requirements inform the agreed production dimensions.
What if I do not know the material?
State that it is unknown. Do not assign a definite grade from appearance; discuss the investigation and material decision required.
Should I send a physical sample immediately?
Share photographs and requirements first. If physical review is needed, agree the receiving address, contact and return arrangements before shipment.
