Start your manufacturing enquiry
ENS Makina San manufactures drawing- or sample-based pins for machine connections, positioning and assembly. Define end shape, grooves, holes and mating fits alongside diameter and length.
Request a quoteFunction determines the technical requirement
Pins for positioning, connection or pivoting can have similar dimensions but different operating conditions. Share load, movement and assembly information. Fit and surface requirements should follow the application; one material or tolerance should not be assumed for every pin.
Show connection features on the drawing
End chamfers, shoulders, grooves, holes or threads form part of the manufacturing definition. List different lengths or variants with separate part codes and quantities. Identify any sample deformation explicitly rather than using the damaged region as an intended shape.
Inspection and repeat orders
State acceptance requirements for functional diameters, lengths and connection features before quotation. If an assembly approval is needed, agree when the batch is released. Repeat orders refer to the approved drawing and revision; secondary operations must be defined separately.
Enquiries from Türkiye and overseas
ENS Makina San is based in Sakarya, Türkiye and accepts manufacturing enquiries from Türkiye and international customers. State the destination country, packaging needs and transport expectations in your RFQ.
Email your drawing to info@ensmakinasan.com or discuss your project on WhatsApp. If your drawing is not ready, start with photographs or sample information. Confirm the receiving address and contact before sending a physical sample.
Prepare your RFQ
- 01Connection geometry
- Diameter, length, end shape, grooves, holes and any thread.
- 02Function
- Mating bore, fit, motion and loading information.
- 03Batch and inspection
- Quantity per variant, material grade and acceptance dimensions.
How your enquiry is assessed
Send the technical information
Share the current drawing or sample information, material, quantity and delivery destination together.
Agree the scope
Machining suitability, critical features, secondary operations and inspection requirements are reviewed against one technical definition.
Quotation and production planning
Production is planned after agreement on price, the approved revision and delivery conditions.
Manufacturing and ordering questions
Can I request non-standard pins?
Yes. Send a drawing or sample information for custom dimensions. Manufacturing suitability is confirmed through technical review.
Can one order include several pin lengths?
Identify each length with a separate part code, revision and quantity so quotation and production can be matched correctly.
How should I specify pin material?
State the grade on your drawing. If unknown, share function and operating conditions so the material decision can be clarified.
What if the sample is bent or worn?
Identify the damage and mating part. A damaged existing geometry is not automatically copied to the replacement.
