Number of holes alone is not enough: hole diameter, distribution and centring relationships matter. Show the dimensional references on the drawing. Outside diameter and hole count do not fully define assembly compatibility. Fastener and mating-component information support the review.
Separate machine flanges from pressure connections
A custom machine component and a pressure-rated or standards-governed connection have different acceptance requirements. State pressure, temperature and any standards requirements upfront. Drawing-based manufacturing does not imply certification for every pressure class or standard.
Define surfaces, material and additional operations
Identify contact surfaces, required surface conditions and any regions to be welded. Steel, stainless steel, aluminium, brass and bronze are assessed for the order. Specify paint, coating or post-weld machining separately so sequence and responsibility can be included in the quotation.

ENS Makina San is based in Sakarya, Türkiye and accepts manufacturing enquiries from Türkiye and international customers. State the destination country, packaging needs and transport expectations in your RFQ.

Can I request a non-standard flange?
Yes. Drawing-specific flange enquiries are accepted. Dimensions, hole pattern and material suitability are reviewed against the drawing.
Is the outside diameter enough for a flange quote?
No. Define the bore, thickness, hole pattern, surfaces and mating-component relationship too.
Can every custom flange be used in a pressure connection?
No. Pressure and standards requirements need specific technical assessment. Provide the specification and documentation needs before quotation.
Can I request stainless steel or aluminium flanges?
Yes. Specify the material grade and application so suitability can be reviewed with the drawing.
