ENS Makina San manufactures custom bushings from drawings or sample information. Bore and outside diameter are assessed together with the mating shaft, housing, assembly arrangement and operating conditions. Specify the grade for bronze, brass, steel, stainless steel or aluminium.

A bushing enquiry needs more than bore and length. Housing dimensions, shoulders or flange shape and the mating shaft influence the technical definition. Show the positions and dimensions of any lubrication holes or grooves. Designing a lubrication arrangement is not automatically part of the manufacturing scope.
Replacing a worn bushing
A sample bore may be worn and its outside surface may be distorted. Treat the existing sample condition separately from the intended assembly dimensions. Share mating-component information and explain any excessive clearance or binding. Inspection and acceptance features are agreed before production.
Bronze, brass or steel?
Material choice relates to contact, load, movement, lubrication and environment. Similar colour does not establish an equivalent grade. Send the specification from the drawing or explain the requirement if it is unknown. A material recommendation for a particular application needs its operating conditions.

ENS Makina San is based in Sakarya, Türkiye and accepts manufacturing enquiries from Türkiye and international customers. State the destination country, packaging needs and transport expectations in your RFQ.

Can I request bronze bushings?
Yes. Enquire using a drawing or sample information and specify the bronze grade and operating conditions where known.
Will the bore of a worn sample be copied?
Wear and intended dimensions must be distinguished. Mating shaft and housing information help establish the production definition.
Can lubrication holes or grooves be included?
Show the required features with dimensions on the drawing. Feasibility and scope are confirmed during technical review.
Can I identify bushing material by appearance?
Appearance does not confirm an exact grade. Send documentation or known specifications, and identify unknown material explicitly.
