Start your manufacturing enquiry
Send ENS Makina San an enquiry for a single custom component, trial part or small production batch. Drawing, material, machining features and inspection needs are reviewed to establish suitability and quotation scope. Setup and acceptance planning matter alongside quantity.
Request a quoteOne-off spares, trial parts and small batches
A single replacement may need to fit existing equipment, while a trial component may be intended to check geometry or assembly. Small-batch production emphasises consistent revisions and batch acceptance. Explain the purpose of your requirement. Manufacturing a trial part does not itself include product design or performance validation.
Setup starts before quantity is produced
Drawing review, tooling, workholding and any required programming may be needed even for one piece. Comparing a one-off enquiry directly with a large-batch unit price can therefore be misleading. Separate the initial quantity from possible repeat requirements; an expected future volume is not an order commitment.
Define the release after the first part
If assembly testing or customer approval is needed, agree when the remaining quantity can be produced. A revision change may affect pricing and scheduling. Defined inspection features, approval responsibility and the retained technical reference make the transition from trial to repeat production clearer.
Enquiries from Türkiye and overseas
ENS Makina San is based in Sakarya, Türkiye and accepts manufacturing enquiries from Türkiye and international customers. State the destination country, packaging needs and transport expectations in your RFQ.
Email your drawing to info@ensmakinasan.com or discuss your project on WhatsApp. If your drawing is not ready, start with photographs or sample information. Confirm the receiving address and contact before sending a physical sample.
Prepare your RFQ
- 01Initial quantity
- Separate one-off, trial and initial batch quantities.
- 02Technical definition
- Drawing revision, material, functional dimensions and any model.
- 03Approval gate
- First-part checks, assembly trial and release of the remaining quantity.
How your enquiry is assessed
Send the technical information
Share the current drawing or sample information, material, quantity and delivery destination together.
Agree the scope
Machining suitability, critical features, secondary operations and inspection requirements are reviewed against one technical definition.
Quotation and production planning
Production is planned after agreement on price, the approved revision and delivery conditions.
Manufacturing and ordering questions
Can I request a single metal part?
Yes. Send the requested quantity. Suitability and price depend on geometry, material, setup and inspection requirements.
Is there a fixed minimum order quantity?
No universal minimum is promised on this page. State your quantity so the requirement can be assessed for the particular part.
Does prototype manufacturing include product design?
Producing a trial part is separate from design, engineering calculations and performance validation. Identify those requirements explicitly.
Can I order more after testing the first part?
Repeat production refers to the agreed part definition and revision. Discuss the assembly trial and subsequent quantity during the initial RFQ.
Why is the unit price different for a small batch?
Programming, tooling and workholding setup are distributed across the quantity. Material, machining and inspection also contribute to the price.
