START YOUR MANUFACTURING ENQUIRY

Start your manufacturing enquiry

If your machine or customer project needs an external supplier of turned components, send ENS Makina San a contract turning enquiry. The quotation defines not only machining, but also material responsibility, included operations and acceptance requirements.

Request a quote

Separate material and processing responsibilities

Machining customer-supplied stock differs from supplying finished parts with material included. For customer stock, state grade, starting dimensions and condition. For material-inclusive orders, specify the required material and documentation. Remaining stock, secondary operations and transport arrangements also need clear responsibilities.

Use the same technical reference for repeat orders

Provide part code, drawing revision, order quantity and any previous batch reference. Identify variants separately if similarly named parts have different dimensions. A revised component is not automatically interchangeable with the earlier version; changed features need review.

Compare suppliers against a matching scope

Compare material, operations, inspection and delivery alongside unit price. Mention first-part approval, coating, heat treatment or reporting in the same enquiry. Turning and CNC machining suitability are assessed for each part; a single machine or process route is not assumed for every geometry.

Enquiries from Türkiye and overseas

ENS Makina San is based in Sakarya, Türkiye and accepts manufacturing enquiries from Türkiye and international customers. State the destination country, packaging needs and transport expectations in your RFQ.

Email your drawing to info@ensmakinasan.com or discuss your project on WhatsApp. If your drawing is not ready, start with photographs or sample information. Confirm the receiving address and contact before sending a physical sample.

Prepare your RFQ

01Material responsibility
State whether material is included or customer-supplied; identify grade and stock dimensions.
02Batch definition
Part codes, quantities, approved revision and any repeat-order reference.
03Acceptance and delivery
Functional dimensions, inspection, secondary operations and destination.

How your enquiry is assessed

  1. Send the technical information

Share the current drawing or sample information, material, quantity and delivery destination together.

  2. Agree the scope

Machining suitability, critical features, secondary operations and inspection requirements are reviewed against one technical definition.

  3. Quotation and production planning

Production is planned after agreement on price, the approved revision and delivery conditions.

Manufacturing and ordering questions

Is contract turning the same as CNC turning?

Contract describes outsourcing the work; CNC describes the machining approach. The method for a subcontract order is selected for the component requirements.

Can I supply the raw material?

State this in the enquiry, including material definition, stock dimensions and condition. Suitability is reviewed before the scope is agreed.

Can I place repeat orders?

Repeat requirements are assessed using the drawing number, approved revision and quantity for each order.

What should a subcontract quotation include?

Identify material, machining, inspection, secondary operations and delivery separately. Extra processing and reports should not be assumed included.

Do you accept overseas contract turning enquiries?

Yes. Send drawings or sample information with quantities and destination. Manufacturing suitability and shipping conditions are agreed for the order.
