Start your manufacturing enquiry
ENS Makina San accepts turning and CNC machining enquiries in steel, stainless steel, aluminium, brass and bronze. Working with a material family does not imply identical suitability for every alloy or dimension. Specific grades and application requirements are reviewed with the drawing.
Request a quoteSeparate the material family from the exact grade
“Stainless steel” or “bronze” describes a family rather than a complete specification. Send the material definition stated on the drawing. If an alternative is needed, the design owner and manufacturer must agree the replacement before work begins. Stock availability and procurement timing are confirmed separately.
Information that supports material assessment
| Material family | Clarify in the RFQ |
|---|---|
| Steel | Grade, supply condition, heat treatment and process sequence. |
| Stainless steel | Alloy definition, operating environment and surface requirement. |
| Aluminium | Alloy and condition, thin features and any coating. |
| Brass | Exact specification, connection and surface needs. |
| Bronze | Grade, mating contact, loading and lubrication conditions. |
This table is not a design recommendation or equivalence chart. It helps purchasing and production identify which requirements need to be agreed.
Customer-supplied material and documentation
If you supply stock, specify its starting dimensions, condition and identity. If you need material included, make that responsibility explicit. State material documentation or traceability needs before quotation, including document type and scope; these are not assumed included in every order.
Enquiries from Türkiye and overseas
ENS Makina San is based in Sakarya, Türkiye and accepts manufacturing enquiries from Türkiye and international customers. State the destination country, packaging needs and transport expectations in your RFQ.
Email your drawing to info@ensmakinasan.com or discuss your project on WhatsApp. If your drawing is not ready, start with photographs or sample information. Confirm the receiving address and contact before sending a physical sample.
Prepare your RFQ
- 01Specification
- Drawing grade, alloy and any required supply condition.
- 02Application
- Load, environment, mating components and secondary operations.
- 03Procurement
- Included or customer-supplied stock, dimensions and documentation.
How your enquiry is assessed
Send the technical information
Share the current drawing or sample information, material, quantity and delivery destination together.
Agree the scope
Machining suitability, critical features, secondary operations and inspection requirements are reviewed against one technical definition.
Quotation and production planning
Production is planned after agreement on price, the approved revision and delivery conditions.
Manufacturing and ordering questions
Which metals can I enquire about?
Steel, stainless steel, aluminium, brass and bronze. Alloy, geometry and inspection suitability are assessed for each component.
Are all stainless steel or aluminium alloys equivalent?
No. Material families contain different grades and conditions. Provide the exact drawing specification.
Can I supply the material?
Specify stock identity, dimensions and condition. Suitability and responsibilities are agreed during quotation.
Is a material certificate included in the price?
Request the document type and scope upfront. Availability and inclusion are confirmed in the quotation.
What if my sample material is unknown?
State that it is unknown. Discuss the assessment and material decision instead of assigning a grade by appearance.
