Welded fabrication joins metal components for a defined application. For piping, tanks, platforms, conveyors and steel structures, we discuss project dimensions, connections and operating environment. Material, welding process, surface preparation and assembly needs are determined by scope. Pressure, load-bearing or special-standard requirements must be clarified before quotation.
Defining a fabrication project
For piping, tanks, platforms, conveyors or steel structures, dimensions, purpose and assembly interfaces are reviewed together. Connections, site layout and handling can be as important as fabrication itself.
Separate material and thickness, joint details, surface treatment and any installation requirement in the enquiry. Welding process and technical conditions are defined per project.
Special technical requirements
Load-bearing, pressure-related or standard-specific work requires clarification of calculations, design, tests and documentation before quotation. A general welding service does not establish compliance with every standard.
If machined parts connect to a welded structure, define reference surfaces and any post-weld machining. Manufacturing and installation are separate scope questions unless explicitly included.
What do we need for a quotation?
Share the application, drawing or sample information, material, quantity, critical dimensions and target date. Feasibility, tolerances and timing are assessed per project.
Request a quoteBefore we get started.
Can we discuss a project without a final drawing?+
Dimensions, photos and application can support an initial conversation. Required design and approval work must then be defined.
Are installation and surface treatment included?+
They must be stated in the project quotation. Inclusion should not be assumed without a defined scope.
